How are you?

I hope you are alright and doing okay!

My name is Jeffrey MacDonald.

I'm a single, white male, 49 years of age (Aries). Long blonde hair, and sexy blue eyes. I'm a very fit 6'0" tall, 210 pounds.

I work out twice a day with cardio and weights, five days a week. I eat very healthy, and I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. After serving 24 years of a life sentence for murder, I am finally eligible for transfer to minimum security, and I will be starting a gradual release plan. I'm hoping to be back in the community in the next five years.

I am ashamed, and very sorry, for the lifestyle that I led, and all of the people that I have hurt in the past, especially those who have suffered the loss of their loved one. Since I've been incarcerated, I have tried very hard to make amends for the wrongdoings I have done to others, and do the best that I possibly can to make myself a better person. I got my grade 12, and then I went on to get my MBA in Business Administration, in finance.

I'm an abuse survivor! I was beaten, raped, and tortured by an older man while I was in a juvenile correctional facility, when I was 15 years of age. I recently filed, and settled, a civil lawsuit against the perpetrators, and I've been receiving counseling for the last 11 years, making sense out of everything that has happened. I've started my own business, buying U.S. tax lien certificates.

My interests include watching movies and sports, listening to country music, working out, cooking, gardening, writing letters, and poetry, reading, good conversation, sunsets, long walks, cuddling in front of an open fire, and many, many other things.

I am seeking a very special lady (age/race unimportant) with a good head, and a good heart, for friendship, and hopefully much more! If you are interested in getting to know a sweet, sensitive, loving, caring, kind, compassionate, intelligent, romantic man who has true values, and appreciates everything that you and your life have to offer, I would love to hear from you!
