Chicago Illinois is where I grew up in a home full of love and delicious Italian cooking, compliments of Grandma who lived next door. I'm a trucker / diesel mechanic by trade.
My plans are to open an Italian restaurant; with my degree in culinary arts and passion for food it's sure to be a winner. My hobbies are culinary arts, classic cars, motorcycles, outdoors & sports.
