I was stalked by a man who lived on the other side of the highway from me, regularly. I lived 50 miles outside the city limits, and the police would never respond. Eventually, he and his friends started poisoning my well with fertilizer. They actually put a fertilized garden against my well as a guise, and got away with it. My house water came out brown. I lived alone, and they knew it. Finally, while leaving for the store, the stalker, waiting outside, attacked me. I grabbed a 22 caliber rifle that had CB22 short target rounds in it, and warned him to leave. He charged at me, so I fired, hitting his shoulder. It didn't phase him, and he charged again, so I fired a 2nd round. It hit his lower neck, somehow severing a vital artery, and he died. I had no intention of doing that at all, but they charged me with murder, and gave me life. I never had a police record all my life. I'm 60 now, and was 51, then. I'm a Nam vet. The DA said no Nam vets in the jury, that they would lie for me. The jury was all women. None of my peers at all. Much more. Please help. Please write. I have a living death sentence.
